My idea to start this company in 1995 was built on the premise that quality is our priority. Every employee at Fetters Construction Inc. understands and respects the importance of constructing quality buildings and building positive rapport with every owner and architect.

We pride ourselves at providing quality craftsmanship and maintaining a responsible ethical code. The values at Fetters reflect the people who work here: common courtesy, respect, understanding, and flexibility. It may not seem like these ideals are important when constructing a building, but we view ourselves as being a part of the community, giving as much as we benefit from what this area has to offer. Creating relationships on the basis of respect helps us to build with the quality every project deserves.

Along with quality construction, I also strive to make Fetters a legacy with the help of my two sons, Jacob and Samuel. I work with every employee in an honest way and I stress the importance of this with my sons. Together we will continue to provide quality service and craftsmanship for many years to come.
