Fetters Construction is the apparent low bidder for Ligonier Wastewater Treatment. This project includes concrete holding tanks with walls nearly 19 feet high. Also incorporated into the project are several highly specialized pieces of equipment designed to treat biological waste. The engineering firm with design responsibility is Donohue & Associates.
